All Sales Final

All sales are final. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review all product details, images, and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@julibakerandsummer.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

If your claim is approved, we will determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion, which may include store credit or a partial refund. Full refunds, returns, or replacements are not guaranteed.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, aesthetic preference, sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

Non-Returnable Items

All items sold are non-returnable, including original artworks, sale items, custom or commissioned pieces, and gift cards.

European Union Notice

Where applicable, mandatory consumer protection laws will be honored. Otherwise, all sales remain final as permitted by law.
